The .ics file covers a full year from the month you're viewing and opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. The .csv is just this month and opens in Excel.
Marking a one-off change
Tap any day in the calendar and choose what actually happened: holiday, leave, training or a different shift. The pattern doesn't break: the cycle carries on and only that day changes. To undo it, open the day and choose "leave as the pattern says".
It's what you need when a shift gets swapped, you book a day, or your holiday starts mid-cycle — which is exactly when counting on your fingers stops working.
